Responsible for managing of the Moscow branch of the office, establishing effective work of all departments involved in the proper functioning of the Moscow office. Closely involved in preparing year business plans/budgets/forecasts, putting together and implementing motivation system for all business departments in the office (Accounting, Logistics, Sales) as well as for the clients, conducting commercial negotiations with the Service Suppliers and the Clients, establishing the marketing strategy of VAX brand in the market (English multifunctional vacuum cleaners imported from China), forecasting and placing orders to the factories, controlling the service issues, solving HR issues etc.
• Established an efficient office with fully and effectively functional 3 departments: Sales, Logistics, Accounting.
• Created stable distribution of VAX products in Russia through all major Federal Chains (Eldorado, M.Video, Technosila, Mediamarkt, Mir), established a distribution through the market places in Moscow and wholesale distribution through the wholesale clients.
• Like to like turnover in Q1-2008 and Q1-2009 is increased by 80 %. The volume increase for the same period is 60%. This is despite a large drop in the total market.
• In one year the share of VAX brand has been nearly doubled in the market of the multifunctional vacuum cleaners.
• Introduced the new Logistics control system thus co-ordinating the work of the Head office in the UK, the factories in China, Ocean carriers, forwarders in Russia and the providers of the warehousing services.
• Created a staff motivation system, which targeted achieving the company goals.
