Обязанности и достижения:
• Guide service personnel subordinate to10 people.
• Work with local and international staff (recruitment, assessment, adaptation, conflict resolution).
• Development of regulatory documents, locally-regulations, optimization, and processing under the specific country.
• Monitoring of staff departments, personnel management, visa support, insurance.
• Interaction with the heads of departments, advising in part of effective work with staff.
• Automation and optimization of HR processes (introduction of assessment, adaptation, budgeting, monitoring of working time, accounting personnel, construction personnel evaluation process in the selection of personnel, reallocation of functions and the release of staff, streamlining the reporting system).
• Preparation and submission of reports to the Management Company (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and financial management).
