Due to dissolution of Moscow branch of Afipka refinery and further reorganization the translation group got integrated into a new ANPZ management company’s organizational structure - New Stream. Managing a group of 3 technical translators/interpreters. Remote supervision of a site translation group (2 persons) based at Afipka refinery. Translations for Antipinsky refinery – one of the New stream’s assets. Full language support for the 3.3 MTA Diesel fuel Hydrotreatment complex construction project at Afipka refinery. Provision of language support at video- and teleconferences, skype sessions, top management meetings. Participation in the meetings with the designer companies, general contractors and inspections at the manufacturing facilities. Provision of translations in/out flow control in 1С Electronic document control. Preparation of verbal and written tests for candidates, selection of candidates for the site translation group at Afipsky refinery. Arranging translation process in Trados SDL, administration/making corrections/”cleaning” of Trados SDL data bases. Distribution of translation requests in the pool, co-coordination of the translation delivery process, proof reading of the ready-to-be-issued translations. On-the-job linguistic consultations for the new translators in the pool for the period of their adaptation.
