Expansion project, Engineering and Projects group, Russia (head office in Moscow)
• Language support for CPC Expansion project – written/consecutive translations for the project team of different disciplines, different levels of responsibility and complexity such as contract negotiations with the vendors for provision of maintenance/service/site supervision, weekly Management Of Change meetings, EP Project Leadership Team meetings, Fishbone status review meetings, Risk Steering Committee meetings, Project Management Contractor Chevron and KPV Monthly Review Meetings, Pump Upgrade and Rotor Replacement commissioning daily progress meetings, meetings with participation of the EP leadership members, regular teleconferences with the contractors, Shareholders' audit status review meeting and interviews with personnel, Technical Review Committee meeting with the shareholders and Incident Injury Free safety event with participation of the shareholders, corporate events with participation of General Director.
• Translations/interpretations for management – Managers, Coordinators, Deputy GD, GD, for Budget panel, Shareholders’ audits.
• Translation of daily correspondence, memos, presentations, documentation for the project team;
• Interpretation at the non-scheduled and scheduled weekly/daily/monthly meetings, tele- and video- conferences;
• Interpretations on site (trips to the pump stations);
• Participation in translation/interpretation for smaller projects being an integral part of the CPC expansion project, such as Pump Upgrade and Rotor Replacement project.
• Translations include changes of the approved detailed design and TEO documentation, updated design solutions; commissioning and start-up, acceptance and handover, construction, process, mechanical, instrument, DCS, fire protection, surge protection, metrology, regulatory affairs, PL&A, contract/amendment negotiations, claim management with vendors/contractors, planning, equipment/material logistics and procurement, HSE as well as QA/QC issues; vendor documentation, technical specifications, technical assignments design institutes.
