ABOUT ME:
Cooking experience gave me a new perspective look about people relationship and living life. I start work with traditional kitchens and methods, and expanse my view to modern cuisine and way of cooking, from classic recipes of sauces to modern techniques of cooking like sous vide and basics molecular technique.
In this period time I gained experience in fine dining restaurants and fine dining service, under command of a two Michelin star Chef, with a good knowledge of Mediterranean Cuisine, French, Greek, Italian, Pan Asian and Russian kitchen.
Also I have experience in next areas: Culinary expertise; Developing staff; Food wastage control; Food purchase; Mentoring & coaching; Oral communication; Checking deliveries; Stock rotation.
