Achievements, Skills and knowledge: - commercial and industrial equipment market knowledge (on/off-highway, mining equipment,  construction,  forestry, agri, steel) - new product launch international process realization - international marine project managing experience - initiated a lot of special business processes: coordination between Russia, S.
