1. Work coordination of sales team - allocation, reservation, planning;
2. Company Promotion;
3. Market investigation including new competitive achievements;
4. Credit managment;
5. Budget analysis and budget report;
6.Close cooperation with dealers;
7. Execution of contracts - following them till cargo company;
8. Stewardship of the work with KEY clients pointed for a long time and close collaboration;
7. Planning and performing marketing plans in Russia: seminars, field days, exhibitions, information and arcticals for annual almanac etc. (ATL, BTL, POS materials);
8. Agricultural support of key clients (from sowing to harvest) in responsible region and if necessary in the rest of Russia;
9. Crop protection per segment: carrot, cabbage, onions, red beet ets.;
10. Effective cooperation with Ministry of Agriculture and other state authorities: State Commission, Phytosanitary / Quarantine departments (GR);
11. Manage the assortment: per segment; sort/hybrid; variety;
12. Examine and solve clients complains;
13. Ensure registration of new Company sorts and hybrids in State Commission register;
14.Control and tracing new varieties of Company based on well coordinated schedule: “from field to R&D”;
15. Introduction policy of new Company assortment to Russian market;
16. Long term crop strategy for Russia;
18. Development and implement loyalty programes for key clients;
19. Exchange of experience: with local and foreign companies.
