Обязанности и достижения:
Handling HR administration workflow (520 employees);
- Responsible for obligatory and voluntary medical insurance; life insurance;
- Updating absence base on timely manner (vacations, sick lists and etc.);
- Consultancy of employees on Russian Labor Legislation;
- Improving payroll procedure to ensure the delivery and processing of all the accumulated data in a timely manner by payroll provider;
- Controlling payroll calculations provided by payroll provider;
- Creating and following payroll calculations of sample group (10 people) back up;
- Responsible for payroll reports;
- Controlling payments for expat’s apartments;
- Timely (according to set deadlines) audit issues closure;
- Full control and management of expat's costs (understanding of monthly PL affect, following actual payments, being able to forecast monthly costs). Checking of expenses’ compliance with Group policies;
- Monitoring HR Administration expenses;
- Handling a variety of day-to-day HR
