Обязанности и достижения:
- Execute all generalist HR and day-to-day employee relations functions
- Recruitment, hiring, onboarding of new employees, promotion, termination, training and development, retention of staff
- Support with issue work and business visas in accordance with Migtarion Law for foreign employees
- Support with issue work licences in a collaboration with legal company
- Creation, implementation and management of C&B policies, benefit systems, compensation plans
- Coordination and participation in all HR related projects
- HR Administration in full (hiring, termination, promotion, salary changes, org. structure changes).
- Organizing team building process
- Participation in the conflict solution issues, working as mediator
- Coordnating training and onboarding process
