Jan. 2003 - present time. H.T.M.S. Eastern Europe. General Director. Duties:
- Sales office for luxury hotel chains and individual hotels with main goal to increase sales from Russia & CIS (promotion, publicity, sales trips, sales visits, Roadshows, exhibiting, contracting, workshops, special projects, fam trips, presentations, etc)
- Key Account Management. Maintenance of a proactive and positive relationship with existing accounts and search for new potential accounts.
- MICE segment development. Close cooperation with MICE agents and corporate accounts in terms of organizing conferences, incentives, meetings, etc.
Coordination of Hosted Buyers Programmes to international incentive exhibitions (IMEX, EIBTM, BTC, ATM, AWTTE, etc)
- Groups A-Z coordination: combining proposals for organizing congresses, conferences, seminars, incentives, product launches, etc; budget management, logistics, troubleshooting, etc.
- Coordination of all sales and marketing activities carried out by HTMS Eastern Europe throughout Russia & CIS for hotels and hotel chains.
- Total marketing: all the marketing activity for the client, including marketing planning, defining marketing goals and the drawing up of contracts with clients and intermediaries.
- Target marketing: a marketing activity focused on a particular geographic area of specific target market segment.
- Communication and press office: identification and management the clients communication problems through the planning and co-ordination of promotional and advertising activities, together with the establishment of a press office to handle clients corporate public relations and communication activities (strategy planning of the communication activity, advertising, promotion, direct marketing, public relations).
- Maintenance of a proactive and positive relationship with the account portfolio of HTMS Eastern Europe.
- Management of a jointly agreed budget for all activities.
- Management of the day-to-day running of HTMS Eastern Europe.
- Generating Sales Activity Reports to the shareholders.
