Обязанности и достижения:
Position- Regional sales manager (Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Belarus and Central Asia
- Direct sales and agents net creation &growing
- Food and beverage markets research (two biggest vodka factories were build)
- Project engineering (different targets: from standalone machines to turnkey greenfield plant)
- Complete management of the project team from technical definition and budget quotation till SAT and service contract
- Full coverage of Customer demands-new projects calculation and service providing.
- Leasing schemes in cooperation with Deutche leasing and Siemens leasing
- Self-costs optimization and margin increase
- Budgeting and reporting activities:
- Preparation of the annual sales budget, monthly (quarterly) reports & sales forecasts; daily work with CRM activity log.
- - Knowledge and experience of right applications in day by day business practice of international trading and contract Laws and Regulations;
- - Experience in International trade contracts development, conclusion, signing, management;
- Experiences in coordination Logistic business processes, customs clearance, equipment certification
- Communications with subcontractors and subsupliers.
- Control and coordination for the dozens heavy machines deliveries, customs clearances,
- commissioning, putting into operation, pre and after sales service and parts supply fulfillment according to the contracts;
- -SAP, CRM and all kind of business issues
- travelling 80% of working time
- Average personal sales 10 -12 mln euros per year (Main projects are: Liviz vodka factory-30mln euro, Lyskovo brewery complete pet line for beer 3mln euro, Penza consolidated vodka distilleries- complete alcopop plant incl process and filling equipment- 20mln euro and many others.
