Responsible for all IKEA and IKEA MEGA regional developments from site acquisition to start of construction including all contacts and negotiations with regional administrations and other responsible authorities. Tasks included the obtaining of all leases, permits, utilities and all pre-construction site preparation. All new development projects in appx 20 Russian regions, including Ukraine IKEA/MEGA projects as well as Kazakhstan had been under my responsibility. The work included as well coordination and processing of due diligence for each new investment projects for the IKEA group of companies. During my time at IKEA I together with the country management had position at the development council of the IKEA group, including permanent member of the steering meeting committees. Direct reporting employees under me appx 40 persons. Example of projects I been involved in and responsible for the infrastructure (utilities including gas, water, power and canalisation including the land purchase): Responsible for all IKEA and IKEA MEGA regional developments from site acquisition to start of Construction including all contacts and negotiations with regional Administrations and Authorities. Tasks Included the obtaining of all leases, permits, utilities and all pre-construction site preparation. Completed and on-going sites include: • Adygea • Nizhny Novgorod • Ekaterinburg • Voronezh • Novosibirsk • Ufa • Omsk • Rostov on Don • Volgograd • Samara Pre-construction including land and utility due diligence for: - Tomsk - Voronezh - Volgograd (new site) - Saratov (new site) - Krasnoyarsk - Novosibirsk (extension project) - Tolyatti - Khimki (extension project) - Teplystan (extension project) - Belaya Dacha (extension project) Land and utility due diligence/pre construction preparation of IKEA/MEGA in: - Alamaty (Kazakhstan) - Odessa (Ukraine) - Chelyabinsk (Ukraine) - Kiev (Ukraine) - Minsk (Belarus)
