Definition of the sales & marketing strategy; Development of new channels for marketing communications (conferences, seminars, exhibitions, Internet, E-mail, direct mail, telemarketing, professional magazines, corporate events, etc); Conducting presentations to potential clients, making commercial offers to clients, CRM/Salesforce management; Development and implementation of business processes;
Adjustment and development of the structure of the sales projects; Management & control of operational activities (setting up sales targets for telesales projects, control of everyday activities, analyses of sales reports and statistics, SLA targets’ control for customer care and sales projects); Development of motivation schemes for sales people and managers of the projects;
Project management; Establishing new business contacts (FMCG/Retail, e-commerce, telecom, ISP, financial, consumer electronics, automotive, energy & governmental sectors, etc); high level sales negotiations; keeping up good business relations with business partners and kea accounts. Estimation of potential revenue and profits, ROI analyses; Personal involvement into selling of big contracts (mostly: FMCG/Retail, e-commercetelecom, ISP, financial, consumer electronics, automotive, energy & governmental sectors).
Participation and promoting company’s services at business forums (Call-Center World, IT, Telecom, Banking & Finance, Automotive, Energy, Food Director, Retail Director, Food Service, Financial Director, Association of European Business, British Business Club events, etc).
