Marketing & brand management (products / channels analysis, understanding of local markets specifics, marketing strategy development, coordination of products and services localization, new products development, coordination of product / service launch, marketing initiatives control)
Operational management (business processes planning & implementation, technologies, solutions localization & international roll-out, financial planning & control)
Key account management (top level business negotiations with all categories of partners, sales & business development, content sourcing)
Professional experience: opening & developing companies in complex emerging markets from zero (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, India, Mexico, Brazil, China), international team management (HQ & country level), key b2b partners management in all countries (carriers, vendors, retailers, media), initial business development in Russian market
