Advancement of the franch offers in search engines, franch portals.
Analytics on franch sales, control of achieving company’s objectives.
Expansion growth plan, identifying of potential locations, calculation of profitability of projects.
Negotiating at various levels, control of the conclusion and conducting contracts.
Building a strong key account relationship with developers, brokers, management companies of shopping malls in Moscow & in regions.
Management and control of the start- up team (a full cycle: design, constructions, start operation)
Formation of commodity assortment before seasons, analytics on the goods, matrix make.
Regular monitoring of brand standards.
Regular feed back to the Superior.
