Direct hire in April 2007 as a Recruitment Consultant, worked myself through becoming a Key Account Manager. Then in 2009 was promoted to a Recruitment Lead role. Because of good performance was afterwards nominated for the Recruitment Manager position in 2010. For the last 3 years in Swift WWR was acting as a Business Development and Recruitment Director.
Responsibilities:
Business Development Director:
- Search for potential Clients;
- Make daily cold calls to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities;
- Identify tenders and prepare documentation for participation in it;
- Identify the Decision Makers;
- Meet Clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network; Build relationships;
- Participate in pricing the solution/service;
- Prepare commercial proposals that speaks to the Client’s needs;
- Negotiate terms and conditions with Clients;
- Work closely with internal colleagues and Client’s employees to prepare service contracts;
- Work closely with Client’s technical staff to meet requirements, needs and preferences while providing services.
- Attend industry functions;
- Prepare, organize and give presentations internally and externally;
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on active and future Oil and Gas Projects;
- Forecast Sales Targets and make sure the team meets them. Take part in building the Company Yearly Financial Budget;
- Submit various reports and ensure data is accurately entered in a Company software.
- Take part in Client’s surveys about services provided and handle objections to a positive conclusion.
Recruitment Lead/Manager/Director:
- Manage a team of 7; On job training, leading and motivation;
- Prepare Recruitment Financial Budgets based on work volume forecasts of current and potential business;
- Set individual Recruitment Targets, and communicate it to/with staff;
- Distribute work volume between Recruitment Consultants;
- Track Recruitment Statistics using dashboards;
- Lead and participate in daily and weekly Recruitment Meetings;
- Analyze performance, provide reviews and advice for most efficiency;
- Support the Recruitment Team through terms and conditions negotiations with successful candidates;
- Support the Recruitment Team in building relationships with Clients;
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Recruitment Performance Reviews for the future development and career growth. Meet with Recruitment Consultants individually to discuss. Present it to higher Management for an approval.
- Prepare various reports for internal and external usage;
- Analyze Russia Far East Manpower Market; Prepare Salary Reviews.
Recruitment Consultant:
- Work closely with Client HR Teams to identify requirements, responsibilities and preferences for the successful close out of vacancies in the future;
- Search and select potential candidates;
- Conduct interviews with shortlisted potential candidates before presenting their profiles to a Client;
- Prepare Company standard CVs with a general summary of candidates strengths and weaknesses;
- Set up interviews with a Client;
- Support Client during interviews, upon request;
- Negotiate terms and conditions with successful candidates;
- Gather successful candidate’s and Client’s feedback about services provided and present feedback to Management;
- Enter all activities in a Company software;
- Participate in Recruitment Meetings.
