Management control and coordination (department of power supply and electrochemical protection of pipelines, automation and instrumentation, fire alarm and communications, systems of engineering and technical means of protection and alarm, heating, ventilation, water supply, sewerage and air conditioning (total more than 15 people subordinate)) in terms of providing construction and installation (specialized) (CIW) and supervision works (SW) at the facilities entrusted by the Company, namely: - departments of power supply and electrochemical protection of pipelines, automation and instrumentation, fire alarm and communications, systems of engineering and technical means of protection and alarm, heating, ventilation, water supply, sewerage and air conditioning: analysis of the design-estimates documentation (DED) and the formation of comments to it with subsequent elaboration with the design institute, the formation of CIW schedules (calendar, network and resource planning of construction projects in the project management system – «Primavera») and control of compliance with deadlines, preparation of appeals to contractors, formation of structural schemes for the construction of facilities and coordination of contractors with Customers, control of the transfer of systems to commissioning works (CW), coordination of additional volumes of work and the use of material and technical resources (MTR) unaccounted for in the working documentation, control of the supply of MTR to Objects, control of subcontractors' access to Objects, development and approval of work projects, technological maps, technological regulations, formation and provision of necessary reporting on the status of performing special works at Facilities for management or the Customer, participation in meetings (or their organization) with contractors (Investor, Customer, General Contractor, Subcontractor, internal structural units), sending subordinates on business trips to Facilities in order to control the solution of assigned tasks; - SW department: preparation of documentation for conducting tender procedures, concluding contracts for the performance of SW with equipment suppliers, admission to Facilities and monitoring the progress of work, signing of SW journals, timesheets, monitoring the signing of acts of completed SW, formation, maintenance, reporting to management on the progress of work, participation in meetings (or their organization) with contractors (Investor, Customer, General Contractor, Subcontractor, internal structural units); - independent business trips to supervised construction sites in order to control the production of CIW and SW, as well as the construction of temporary buildings and structures (inspection of completed works, participation in local meetings, formation of accounting documentation for the management and representatives of the Customer, organization of CIW, organization of the transfer of systems to the production of CW). Construction projects: - Development of the «Kovyktinskaya» Gas Condensate Field» stage 5 (the budget of the facility is more than 100 billion rubles); - «Development of the «Chayandinskaya» Gas Condensate Field» (the budget of the facility is more than 300 billion rubles); - construction of the Main gas pipeline «Power of Siberia». Compressor station-1 «Saldykelskaya» (the budget of the facility is more than 50 billion rubles).

Control and coordination of the work of the entrusted department of energy and electrochemical protection of pipelines, namely: - control of the progress of CIW and CW at capital construction and reconstruction facilities in accordance with the deadlines provided for in the schedules agreed by the Customers; - control of the project budget (coordination of additional works and comparative statements, statements of work volumes and calculation of the contract price); - formation and provision of necessary reporting on the status of the implementation of the CIW and CW at the facilities, consideration and analysis of design, working, estimate documentation in the direction, calendar, network, resource planning of the facility in the project management system «Primavera»; - Control over the conclusion of contracts with contractors essential for the successful implementation of Project; - production of business correspondence with contractors (preparation of appeals on a number of issues related to the production of CMP, CW, comments on DED, additional work, re-negotiation of the MTR); - business trips of employees or independent ones with the replacement of job duties of a specialized specialist at the facility (the preparation of documentation for completed works, acceptance of completed works according to the forms «KS-2», «KS-6», participation in meetings, preparation of reports, etc.); - development and coordination of work projects, technological maps, technological regulations; - work with drawings, checking for compliance with building regulations (comparison of the scope of work in statement of work volumes, Specifications of materials, estimated documentation and technical solutions on plans and drawings); - interaction with the design institute (formation of appeals with comments to the DED). Participation in the handover to operation such major investment projects when the investors are: 1. Gazprom PJSC: - construction of the «Kubanskaya» Compressor Station (the budget of the facility is more than 50 billion rubles); - construction of the «Urengoyskaya» Oil Pumping Station (the budget of the facility is more than 200 billion rubles); - Compressor Station «Novoprivodinskaya» Compressor Station-6, -7 (the budget of the facility is more than 200 billion rubles); - Compressor Station «Baidaratskaya» Compressor Station -2 (the budget of the facility is more than 100 billion rubles); - construction of the «Yubileynaya» Сompressor shop - 4 (the budget of the facility is more than 50 billion rubles).
