Stock for each current and new SKU, depending on products, seasons, promoperiod.
Budget of marketing expences, search of contractors and control documents for work with them. Management of department from 6 persons, control of their work and personnel development.
Analysis of sales statistics in terms of regions, population, definition of sales potential. The marketing research: market share and volume, price formation and position, target audience, monitoring of competitors (price, assortment, promotion and PR-activity). Assortment analysis in cut of profitability, clients, competitors, price and so on.
