• Provided marketing support to sales managers of Porsche Importers. Developed and organised product trainings. Controlled and supervised business operations of the Porsche Importers in the area of Porsche Design Business
• Preparation and attendance of aftersales marketing meetings and events of Porsche dealerships
• Developed proposals for Porsche Importers for Porsche Design sales stimulation
• Administrated Porsche Partner Network Portal. Responsible for the informational updates concerning Porsche Design products, operations and business
• Responsible for all kinds of promotional campaigns
• Develops merchandizing guidelines
• Worked closely with external stakeholders, mainly the importers and the agencies, media
• Developed a strategy for a web-based sales platform for Porsche Design products for the Latin American region.
• Management event planning including those for the Annual After Sales Dealer Conference in Cancun, Mexico, Porsche Latin America Corporate Run.
• Supported of the whole After Sales training organization.
