    Обязанности и достижения:

    • Reporting (LC, Revenue, Margin etc), Benefits and Vacation provision, Corporate reporting (NWC, business lines etc) Leading the work on providing the Company with human resources, required professions, specialties and qualifications in accordance with staffing table. • To participate in the development of organizational structure of the Company, staff regulations and job descriptions. • To establish official and business contacts with the representatives of staffing agencies, educational institutions, employment centers with the purpose of recruitment. • To verify the existence and credibility of documents required in the hiring process, to ensure timeliness and correctness of employment relations. • To process timely receipt, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with the labor legislation. • To keep record and to form personnel files of Company’s staff, to ensure their completeness and security in accordance with the legislation of the republic of Uzbekistan. • To monitor the implementation of the established procedure of the appointment, transfer and release of the employees. • To store and issue work record books of the Company’s staff, to make timely relevant records in them. • To lead the work on conducting appraisal in accordance with the existing regulation on competence assessment, on elaboration of measures on implementation of the recommendations of the certifying committee, to determine the terms of the specialists subject to the next and re-appraisal. • To contribute actively to improvement of employees’ skills. • To monitor labor and occupational discipline and, if necessary, to make proposals to the management on bringing to justice of perpetrators. • To conduct activities on attendance record (time-keeping), to participate in scheduling and implementation of vacations’ schedules. • To ensure compliance with the labor legislation related to receipt, transfer to another job, dismissal, use of women’s and teenagers labor, compliance with internal regulations (Staff regulations). • To participate in preparation and processing of required documentation for assignment of pensions, as well as delivering them in the departments of off-budgetary Pension Fund. To issue certificates on current and past labor activity of the employees. • To ensure timely record-keeping and reservation of the persons liable to military duty. • To interact with the Agency on External Migration under the Ministry of Labor for permission to attract foreign power by the Company, license for the right to work in the Republic of Uzbekistan for Company’s foreign citizens. • To prepare, to process residence permits and registration for foreign employees of the Company at the place of the residence at the official bodies. • To participate in organization of festive and corporate events of the Company. • To ensure timely consideration of citizens’ and Company’s letters, applications, complaints and appeals, to respond to the requests within the competence of the Human Resources Service. • To participate in preparation and processing of the materials for employees encouraging, awarding with the permission of the management of the relevant subdivisions. • To provide established report timely on human resources in terms, set by SGS procedures and legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. • To provide on request of the management required information on functioning of the QMS with the purposes of analysis and its subsequent improvement. • To improve his/her skills, to participate in trainings, classes, lectures, organized in the Company. • To comply with requirements of SGS internal procedures, standards and other documents related to his/her activity. • To abide by the rules of Internal Labor Schedule (Staff regulations), privacy mode, documentation requirement on occupational safety and health, industrial sanitation and fire safety.
