 Control payroll, working with financial department
 Budgeting personnel costs, including payroll budget
 Calculation of remuneration, bonuses, participation in the salary change procedure.
 Ensuring compliance with all legislation and regulations governing local employees, maintaining personnel records
 Analysis of job descriptions, their editors, development under the new posts
 Developing and maintaining positive employee relations climate
