- Сonducting several vacancies simultaneously (as mass-, and middle, and top-management: sales managers, operators of call-centre, IT specialists, insurance agents, HR specialists, heads of departments etc);
- Writing vacancy descriptions;
- Monitoring of job market;
- Analysis and selection of CVs through the basic resources (HH, Superjob, social networks, etc.);
- Full-time and telephone interview with candidates;
- Maintaining a database of candidates and reporting;
- Introduction of adaptation, promotion and assessment systems of employees.
