Обязанности и достижения:
♦ Foundation a new business unit (Product-Marketing Department) from point zero, forming and lead a team of executive product managers (4 people)
♦ Development and execution business plans for sales divisions (more than 120 branches and rep. offices; over 260 retail stores and show rooms) in terms of exact products
♦ Development and execution product-marketing strategy for Russia and CIS. Participate in the same process for business in Western, Central and Eastern Europe
♦ Sales and assortment policy management (include sales, production and purchasing forecast and plan, profit generation forecast)
♦ Manage of development and launch new and innovative products and solutions
♦ Form and manage regional product sales and marketing team (25 regional product-managers)
♦ Development and execution plan of the full complex of marketing activities (B2B and B2C). Budgeting and media planning
♦ Development and maintain relations with major business partners, suppliers and key customers (3M, Ansell, Evonik, Sperian, Uvex, Gazprom, BP-TNK, Rusal, ArcelorMittal, Renova, Nissan, Wrigley etc.)
♦ Organize and deliver product trainings, business trainings and technical support (both as for staff and for clients)
♦ Development and maintain of new high-level business processes system
