    Обязанности и достижения:

    Habib Bank Limited V.P. HR Operations HR & OD Group • Primarily responsible for reviewing / developing the rewards and performance management strategy, workflow & designing processes to support the strategy and ensuring implementation while keeping in mind the needs of the management and the employees. • Design HR policies keeping in mind people requirements and market best practices • Analyze the designing, developing and maintaining HR information systems. • Analyze jobs across the organization are appropriately classified, aligned within the existing job grading structure. • Develops the C&B and performance management strategy and ensures that it supports business objectives and facilitates the attraction, motivation and retention of employees. • Designs HR policies and programs which ensure people management in accordance with the strategic plans of the bank. • Ensures that rewards are competitive and in line with the employee needs and management objectives, by benchmarking with a chosen group of comparators on a periodic basis. • Develops a communication strategy to ensure that employees view their rewards from a total compensation point of view. • Review the processes of C&B department and Design / Devise SOP, to synchronize & document the Procedures. Habib Bank Limited D.G.M. & Faculty Member Learning & Development • Formulates, communicates and oversees the implementation of all learning and development programs for the Bank and ensures that they are aligned to Bank's vision and strategy the corporate vision of creating a learning & development organization.. • Reviews bank’s programs of teaching and learning to assess its potential for quality delivery and advise appropriate managers on which areas of the curriculum can be re-designed / enhanced for e-Learning. • Training needs analysis / feedback surveys, employee assessment programs and career management for key position holders and high potentials. • Partners with HR colleagues and training professionals in executing organization development plans and maintaining a competent learning practice for optimum organizational effectiveness. • Researches on latest learning & development methodologies / approaches and sharing with the Head of Learning & Development to churn out better training results. • Develops & delivers Code of Ethics & Business Conduct Training / Soft Skills Module (s) to various internal clients / participants. • Overall supervision and its effectiveness of bank’s Internship Program across the board including improvement in the System. • Supervision / review of Organizational Structure of Learning & Development along with generic JDs and Core Objectives / Targets / Competencies of all positions at MODD & MDIs.
