TOAZ is the only chemical plant in the world able to produce three million tonnes of ammonia annually. Togliattiazot’s main activity is in the production of mineral fertilizers and chemical products. Today, the plant includes seven ammonia production units and two for urea, on a site covering over 200 hectares. Reporting to GM. Managing a team of 20+ specialists including 4 departments: Export sales, Domestic sales, Marketing, Custom clearance. • overall commercial function, providing strategic planning and negotiations with top direct customers and traders across the whole company product portfolio; • market strategy and planning (including market analytics, budgeting, forecasting and result tracking); • people management (KPI setting, performance tracking, etc.), commercial team optimization and development; • strategic negotiations with top clients and traders on the whole product line (ammonia, urea, UFC, etc.) and across all markets • commercial budget planning and execution • supply chain forecast and demand planning; • lead customs clearance operations - customs services for exported and imported goods, products and materials; customs warehousing management (TSW, bonded WH) • contribute logistics operations management; • a member of company's leadership team involved in key decision making processes including long-term strategy development, operational setup improvements, product and services pricing and tender procedures; • provide multi-functional work with other company's functions (production, logistics, finances, accounting, maintenance etc.); • lead the work with outsourced services (e.g., customs representatives) and State institutions (Antimonopoly service, customs service, etc.) • project management (new production unit building, supply chain development; commodity exchange fertilizers sales development)
