• To execute product category management and logistics in the country ensuring commerce's profitability and operative effectiveness. Create local assortment, based on regions consuming requirements and aligned with global assortment, improve logistics efficiency, logistics, warehousing to guarantee the optimal balance between costs and the delivery accuracy.
2015-2017 Director of purchasing department
• Responsible for the all company concepts assortment: Run&Fit, The Athlete's Foot, Sport to the people
• Responsible for merchandising department
• Responsible for buying department (over 50 brands)
• Strategic planning and developing sport goods of all product categories in Intersport chain incl. franchise stores, affiliated stores
• Optimization supply chain, purchase process to own and franchise stores
• Development of product matrix for Intersport Russia
• Assortment planning every season
