Launch and control of FIFA WC project.
Launch of new pricing policy.
Launch of "open doors" concept.
Responsible for 3 groups within the department: ATL, BTL+ regional marketing, instore-communication.
Planning, budgeting and realization of ATL-campaign for Russia. Working with media agency, creation of reports, control of competitor’s activities report.
BTL: Work with 55 METRO-cities: local events, special activities, vouchers and coupons campaigns, new store opening.
Instore-communication: creation of decoline, weekly decoration guides for stores, briefs for design of temporary and constant decoration.
