Responsible for sales and marketing activities in Russia and CIS, 3 sales units in Russia and Finland. Responsible for planning and implementing sales and cost budgets (with P/L responsibility) for Russia and CIS. Member of Russian Management Board and International Sales & Marketing Steering Group with reporting responsibility to the CEO.
Major achievements:
• Created and implemented new sales and marketing strategy for Russia and CIS based on the regional/industrial approach
• Re-organized sales structure and expanded sales forces to ensure better geographic coverage and higher efficiency of the team
• Created Marketing Department, Customer Service Department and empowered Technical Support
• Developed wholesale business (Elektroskandia, Onninen)
• Developed new key accounts (MRSKs, OEK, Megaphone)
• Strongly contributed to sales increase by more than 30%
