    • General control of cruising; managing of emergencies • To monitor the contractors to keep up with terms and conditions • To create and to manage the Hotel Department on expedition cruise vessels; to standardize and to control functioning of the Passenger Service and the restaurant; to monitor the performance of the Expedition Leader and the Expedition Team - they are responsible for route planning, excursions and the entire passenger cruise program of edutainment • To interact with captains of ships; ship agents; representatives of the Shipowner; insurance and assistance companies; air carriers (charters); environmentalists… • To elaborate, to implement and to control the logistics of passenger operations on shore before and after cruises: meeting & seeing off at airports, transfers, meals, excursions, hotels, luggage handling, emergency aid, assistance with border and customs control • To manage, to control and to optimize the onboard commerce (cash, CCs, payments to the Crew etc.) • To arrange for new product sales aboard the current cruise 1). Completed successfully: 5 cruises to the North Pole, 7 cruises in the High Arctic, 3 cruises in the Russian Far East: Commander Islands, Kamchatka, the Kuriles 2). Logistics of passenger operations in ports has been optimized 3). I have arranged for more than 10 calls of expedition ships (including icebreakers) to foreign ports 4). Logistics of passenger operations in the High Arctic and the Far East has been optimized: excursions and landings by ship’s helicopters and Zodiac boats - in the first place 5). Over a 1500 passengers have been serviced successfully: ship’s hotel and restaurant received excellent passenger feedback - so was the evaluation by the Western Subcharterers
