The purpose of FC is to lead the finance and accounting processes for new segments: Energy, Industry and Local Production in EE region. Key accountabilities: • Ensuring there is an appropriate level of financial control within the business and maintaining professional standards and compliance with internal and external policies; • Preparation of Group financial and management reporting and ensuring that reporting is accurate and submitted to appropriate deadlines; • Driving the business to achieve its goals via active participation in the Company’s management team and using financial data to understand performance and provide challenge and support to the business with decision support analysis; • In conjunction with the business leaders, evaluating future business opportunities, making proposals/recommendations and supporting the tendering process; • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition; • Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow forecasts and actuals; • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings; • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls; • Preparing budgets and forecasts for local and region management and head office; • Liaising with Internal and External auditors; • Provide internal control and financial guidance to the business ensuring compliance with Corporate procedures, business policies, reporting requirements and SOX; • Collaborate with other sector FDs by playing an active / leading role in cross-sector FD’s council.- Сентябрь 2007 – декабрь 2013
