• Establishing and developing new business, new accounts
• Maintaining relationship with existent customers
• Building and developing cooperation based on both technical and commercial experience, identifying and focusing on key decision makers
• Business development (mining, drilling, GTL)
• Building and development direct and distribution/dealer sales channels/network
• Designing and implementation strategic business plans for national accounts
• Sales forecasting
• Identifying and supporting new product initiatives (application, names, marketing)
• Collaborating with other Business Units of DS Shell (Lubricants, Aviation, Retail…) and other PLs within Shell Chemicals, cross-selling
• Identifying and exploiting business opportunities in the region
• Monitoring and exploring competitors and their activities
• Sales reporting
• Contract management
• Coaching a new staff
• Leadership of sales team
• Support to Finance: tracking and chasing credit limit exposure and DSO
• Proactive approach to problem solving
