March 2008 – present time Senior Manager, Head of Card Middle office (4 team-members)
- Maintaining full Operations functions including: staff hiring, training, development and performance monitoring;
- Managing and monitoring over: card opening/closing/blocking/replacement, card/PIN personalization, delivery and distribution to clients, card/PIN storage
- Card Life Cycle database creation to provide timely and full card migration monitoring inside the bank.
- Description of related business processes, internal procedures preparation (12), agreement of technical specifications with Card vendors (Novacard, Oberthur Technologies, and GPE).
- Ensure operational policies are followed to deliver acceptable audit ratings (both internal, external).
- HR policies Implementation: monthly and annual performance reviews, required training acknowledgements, annual certification compliance
- Close cooperation with Product & Proposition, Credit Risk, Fraud Prevention departments, Finance, personalization vendors, Payment systems (VISA/MasterCard).
- Coordination with Change management in relation to enhancement requests initiation and new functionality implementation.
- New card products/services and business enhancements testing and implementation
- Sign off process flows; duly providing of statistics and reporting to related departments
June 07-February 08 Manager, Head of Card issuing and acquiring (2 subordinates)
- Implementation of Personal Financial Services related to banking cards from zero level.
- Settlement of all non-monetary card processes (issue/reissue/embossing files generation, warning bulletin set up/delivery and distribution between branches, card/PIN storage and off-balance accounting).
- Testing and parameterization of system applications.
- Meetings holding with foreign partners and vendors.
Achievements:
- Successful project implementation of HSBC PFS (personal financial service) in Russia in relation to card non-monetary activity in June 2009 in Moscow. Start up project.
- Card Life Cycle database development / implementation for card maintenance and reporting to CBR and VISA, MasterCard
- Smooth and effective optimization of current processes in order to facilitate an efficient implementation and follow cost –saving policy.
