Обязанности и достижения:
Sucessfull implementation of multiple projects in Retail Banking in the field of: - Real Estate and Construction of branches (63 new branches opened in Moscow, St-Petersburg, Samara, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgord, Ufa, Rostov-on-Don, Volgograd). Direct and manage complex, high-valued (over 1,0M USD each) construction and real estate related projects from beginning to the end. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Communicate progress, risks, expectations, time lines, milestones and other key project metrics to clients and team members during regularly scheduled and ad hoc project review meetings. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Manage project budget Assure project legal documents are completed and signed Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle. Ensure project meets internal and client expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery time lines, and strategy. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables. Responsible for formal sign off on all project deliverables Identify and manage possible risks, keep risks tracking document with an associated mitigation plan Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members (from 3 to 15) and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sites search and selection Responsible for close working relations with real estate brokerage companies to ensure search and selection of premises for new branches that meet Bank criteria Responsible for initial sites visit and evaluation against number of criteria, preparation of overall site visit report for decision-making committee. 2. Design & Construction Responsible for the design (including layout preparation and approval by stakeholders) and construction of all new builds and renovation projects in Retail Branch network, as assigned by Senior Management. Responsible for the cost management for the assigned retail branch construction projects, and to conduct revisions to standards to save money without substantially diminishing quality of the end product. 3. Project Management Responsible for budget preparation and approval Centre of competence for the project management delivery for Corporate Real Estate on assigned projects in the Retail network. Responsible for the direction and management of the Bank’s outsourced Project Management partners and consultants to complete assigned projects within constraints of budget and schedule (on time/on budget). Responsible for ensure that terms and conditions of pricing and service agreements and contracts with Project Management partners, consultants, and suppliers are respected by all Responsible to monitor and challenge project budget estimates and analyze actual costs to ensure proper control of expenditures to be within approved budget and in compliance with the Bank’s accounting procedures. Responsible to implement project management systems, policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency of project delivery in the Retail Network. 4. Standards and Governance Responsible to implement established Bank Standards and ensure that they are adhered to by the Bank’s outsourced Project Management partners, consultants and suppliers, to ensure compliance and consistency throughout the enterprise. Responsible to conduct regular risk self assessment to eliminate risks during project implementation 5. Relationship Management Responsible to maintain a close working relationship with the Bank’s outsourced Project Management partners, consultants and suppliers to ensure cost effective, value-added services are provided. Responsible to maintain a close working relationship with senior managers and executives of Consumer Bank to ensure that the quality of project management services provided for the Retail Network are fulfilling the requirements of the clients and project objectives. Achievements: Year 2005 – 2016 - 63 new branches launched (Moscow, St-Pete, Yekaterindurg, Samara, Volgograd, Rostov-On-Don, Ufa, Nizhny Novgorod)
