 preparation of standard, nonstandard and proposals;
 new Clients attraction (by attending various related exhibitions, forums, etc.);
 contract expansion with the existing Clients; inc. additional products and services offers;
 control and coordination at all work stages, inc.
- proposals’ adjustment,
- agreements’ adjustment,
- agreements terms and conditions execution by both Parties (new category launch; data and reporting materials processing),
- accounts receivable and document flow;
 Client servicing, inc.
- training performance on research methodology (retail audit, retail and catering census, ad hoc research) and Company’s special software (Analyzer) designed for convenient data analysis,
- solution of different technical, juristic, finance, statistical and methodology inquiries;
 independent presentation of company and research methodology;
 attending forum Private Label Director 2008 as a speaker;
 development and training of colleagues, new employers, assistant;
 management and supervision of client service managers’ assistants.
Co-operation with existing and potential Clients was in Russian and/or English.
