Brand and communication strategies development and upgrade, managing its sucessful execution;
Updated consumer behavior strategies were sucessfully approved and presented to KOLs;
Brands' platforms upgrade development to achieve sustainable competitive advantage and differentiation;
Delivery innovation agenda re brands strategies: brand positioning of 2 company’s real estate projects were upgraded from ''comfort' to ''comfort+" class with affect on the higher pricing and price-list formation with focus on consumer insights;
Driving and managing planed advertising and communication activities were integrated in 360 communication;
Developing a team: coaching, training, developing and inspiring the members of the team. Ensuring the team was engaged and organized for growth.
Main responsibilities:
Development and driving execution of advertising, communication and other tools that affected sales funnel levels and business results;
Leading brand expertise development within the company;
Leading innovative trends and consumer insights to be implemented in brand platforms;
Management of the marketing budget. Responsible for overall budget creation and further control the effectiveness of its using.
Media stratagy development and managing the execution;
Managing and driving the development and execution of 360* integrated marketing campaigns;
Development of action plans and road maps for each brand strategy;
Monitiring deadlines and key results while brands' promotion execution;
Development of consumer behaviour and consumer insights research for brands with result in target audiences upgrade;
Upgrade of brands' positioning and brands' platforms for 5 real estate company projects;
Update and actualization of brands' positioning;
Research development on potential consumers psyhotypes (different methodics eg arсhetypes, VAL, 6W and other methodics);
Communication strategies development and driving their execution;
Driving and managing the operational work of brand managers under supervision;
Driving brands' KPIs and monitoring brand health// sales convertion health via tracking studies
Maintaining a deep operational relationship with BUs in order to meet sales needs;
Sharing knowledge in brand building and communication stategies with brand managers unders supervision
Preparation of briefing templates, briefing agancies, holding creative competitions and strategic sessions;
Leading the creation and driving delivery of agency briefs to ensure responses are focused on the consumers, insights, aligned with brands' guidelines and on budget;
Developing a team: coaching, training, developing and inspiring the members of the Team. Ensuring the Team is engaged and organized for growth.
