* managing a team of 19 employees;
* market research and analyses;
* managing all advertising and promotional activities: media planning and buying, creative concept development, managing BTL and direct marketing activities, exhibitions and events, POS materials development;
* supplying office network and business departments (retail, SME, corporate, private asset management) with all kinds of print materials and specialty;
* coordinating branch office marketing activities.
Key achievements:
• reorganized the structure of the Department, introduced a system of regular market research, centralized management of branch network marketing activities;
• developed a concept of retail sub-brand;
• developed and successfully implemented advertising campaigns, promoting credit cards, cash loans and SME-products.
