- Creation of a new brand sporting goods.
- Market analysis, trends, marketing activity of competitors, identification of target audience, potential sales markets and sales channels
- Selection of a team, placement and control of the execution of tasks in a given time frame.
- Naming, logo, branding, design, website development, e-marketing, sales planning.
- Regular business trips to China to factories. Selection, production control, prompt solution of current issues.
- Conducting business negotiations, concluding contracts on favorable terms for the company.
