Arranging any additional services concerning the flts - hotels, restaurants, helicopters etc.
Contract conclusion. Deal leading. Expenses minimization. Operational control over handling, slots and permissions.
Negotiations with the operators on the long term cooperation on selling AC flights ar Ru and CIS countries.
Working with the crews, f/a, catering companies, hotels for the crews.
Increasing cash flow from the existing customers, gaining new business with business aviation companies, creating and implementing loyalty programs.
Preparing and participating the exhibitions in Russia and Europe.
Running a team of sales executives.
Developing sales processes and Implementing CRM system to increase efficiency of sales executives.
P&L and budget.
