    Diversified holding composed of more than 10 companies with more than 400 employees proposes most complete and reliable offers in the IT market in the fields of banking, hotels, downstream fuel & retail Location/address: 20A Smolnaya Street, Moscow, Russian Federation Tenure: February 2009 – Present Description: • I am directly charged with formulating, maintaining and executing territory plans and account plans that are in-line with the agreed strategy for the assigned territory. • Manage all sales, marketing and promotion in the assigned territory in-line with the territory plans and account plans with the objective to achieve the agreed business and financial objectives for the territory. • Prospect actively with face-to-face meetings with international clients taking approx. 20 - 50% of my annual work time • Establish a Partner Network in each focus country • Represent NCT in customer contacts and build relationships within the customers organization (with the entire buying center) with a focus on marketing, IT, purchasing and logistics and be committed to the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction • Visit existing customers regularly and develop new prospects by phone calls and by visits • Making presentation, commercial proposals, participate in contract negotiations and monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations towards customers • Revise on going contracts, handle customer complaints, collect unpaid invoices, etc. • Monitor the sales potential pipeline and assist the head of international sales in allocating sales targets for the territory • Identify and propose local channel partners such as Agents, Distributors, VARs and manage these indirect channels in-line with NCT’s strategies and policies for 3rd party sales • Advice management about regional / local trade fairs and exhibitions deemed to be important for the promotion and sales of the products in the territory • Attend trade fairs and exhibitions, carry out presentations and main exhibition stands in cooperation with the head of international sales, maintain and keep undated information about orders and revenue intake, prospects lists, new opportunities within the territory • Ensure that all periodic, or special reports, and presentations desired by the management are submitted as required • Maintain, and develop competence and skills, that are improving the individual performance as well as the organization - ----------------------------------------------- Projects/achievements at NCT Group: • Impax Business Solutions (Ltd.) Kenya: www.impaxafrica.com An IT company based in Nairobi through which I sold our fuel & loyalty cards solution and pump automation system on a partial/fully outsourced model to potential petroleum retail clients with different configuration of petrol retail chain in East & West Africa. We tapped into various potential leads and scored several deals. references available on request • Oilcom (Tanzania/Kenya/Uganda) Limited and Petroda Malawi/Zambia Limited (sister company of Oilcom Group): Proven international sales & business development results with turnkey payment solution & loyalty for over 320 petrol stations in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia and Malawi. I provided consultancy & walked them through the complete simulation of their return of investment (ROI) in a given time based on new sales volumes, etc. I also bridged the gap b/w them and the fleet companies (their potential target market with launch of this solution). Also gave them a complete idea on “how to launch a successful fuel cards system in competitive & less profit oriented market”. They recovered their cost in 26 months by utilizing their internal resources and with little OPEX. references available on request • NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Corp.): we met and estimated new revenue streams by provided solution to prevent fraud, arm robberies by empowering the fleet managers to take control of their marine fleet fuelling at 13 floating stations. Our objective was to offer them a tailored solution to tackle their arm robberies/stealing in deep sea/ocean. We proposed a cashless station model. I designed the business model and processes for them and now is in testing/pilot phase. references available on request • Cardinal Group (Ghana): A group of 13 oil marketing companies OMC (s) using the payment/loyalty cards solution at their 300+ fuel service stations across Ghana. This deal majorly contributed in our team revenue target for 2012. They continue giving us recurring revenue through their SupaCard project. references available on request • PetroOil Mombasa (Kenya/Uganda): radio frequency identification (RFID) vehicle ID system and RFID based loyalty solution for public transportation as well as their 103 petrol stations across Kenya. references available on request • Delta Petroelum Uganda, Galana Oil Kenya: an affiliate of Delta Petroleum. I met with both in their offices and with others in their buying center in their board meeting to guide them the measures to control their losses, customers retention techniques and gain more market share by introducing centralized monitoring system. They also realized different revenue streams by upselling additional modules to their fleet customers. references available on request • Lake Oil Tanzania: My newest customer in Tanzania. they wanted to increase their fuel sales at all their service stations but only few were performing. I proposed them to even out their sales by introducing fuel/loyalty cards to private vehicles, public transport and selected bulk/corporate customers. They are doing well and very soon get to the break even point as estimated references available on request. • Partners network: I have contracted several technology partners in South East Asia (Pakistan, India and Vietnam) and Africa (Kenya, Malawi, Ghana, Uganda and Nigeria) to provide local support, hardware and hosted platform (third party) services to our customers. • Road Shows/Exhibition/Conferences: I have represented NCT and our offerings with our road shows in Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana.
