Main duties:
- full P&L responsibility for the category segment
- delivery and ongoing maintenance of the Go-to-Market strategy
- drive the category ACP plan and recommend goals for market share, target segments and channels
- provide competitive intelligence information and market intelligence to support category strategy
- adhere to the EAMER category strategic plan
- drive the category plan and product launches liaising or informing sales force, accounts, partners and external parties
- monitor, track and report on key metrics
- own implementation of country pricing strategy
- approve major deals with customers, customer returns, price changes and commercial credits for category; review and agree stock profiles with supply chain
- own business forecasts and projections and input accordingly
- support the Cluster Director with any category work required
- supervise the work of DPS Pre-Sales Consultant
Acomplishments:
- improved sales and service model for EPS printing devices and consumables, which increased product competitiveness and doubled turnover as a result
- in cooperation with technical and marketing team (Belgium, Switzerland, USA) worked out a preparatory project for Prosper inkjet press installation (app. 3,5 million euro total cost)
