- gaining and managing the sales projects offering completed product mix for industrial coating projects;
- managing sales organization focused on acquisition of new clients, as well as retention of existing clients and revenue expansion through selling additional share category service offerings, directing the team of 2 sales, 1 customer support and 3 technical managers;
- aggressively developing the regional dealers’ network, implementing dealer policy and conditions;
- training and stimulation of dealers and the department for the increase of sales and the
level of after-sales services;
- chasing, analyzing and reflecting the innovations in competitors’ product and marketing
strategy;
- managing public activities of the company: presentations, exhibitions etc.
Achievements:
* attracted 9 new corporate accounts as clients including Shell, TiGarbo and Ford Plant in St-Petersburg;
* expanded regional business by appointing 6 new dealers;
* achieved sales volume of €3,7 million (22% growth) in second quarter of 2006
Project manager
- gaining, running and processing sales projects of paint equipment, managing logistics and stock management;
- organization of the supply of goods on DDP conditions, working with customs and certification authorities;
- negotiating the distribution contracts with European, American and Chinese equipment producers;
- identifying new products with broad market potential, managing market launch and distribution of these products, improving product mix.
Achievements:
* added to sales accounts from initial 14 to 35 through negotiations, product knowledge and perfect service;
* 240% increased the turnover with existing clients through offering new products;
* achieved equipment sales volume of over €3 million;
* earned a promotion to Head of sales department position.
