• Analyzed the scope of emerging markets in the EMEA region (44 countries) in order to identify highest potential for investment. Based on the outcome formed three different country groups that should have different service level.
• Engendered and participated in implementation of action plan in Russia. Establishing legal representation, building relationships with distributor (number one customer of Ansell medical division in Europe), establishing close contact with Russian sales team, putting in place sales and forecasting process, facilitation of registration of products.
• Helped in managing supply issues. Created prioritization process for Ansell's distributors based on country's potential, size of distributor, tender commitments, historical supply levels, focus products.
• Estimated different go to market options and evaluated potential distributors for one of the most important CEE countries (details are confidential)
• Work close with general management and executive team of the company, a lot of contact with Customer Service and sales team.
