* Administration of Windows server (2003, 2008, 2012), Active
Directory, DNS, DHCP, 1С 8х, OPERA, Micros, Materials control,
CCTV, IPTV, PBX;
* Installation and setup of all IT equipment;
* User technical support (diagnostics, hardware and soft- ware system
trouble shooting), including remotely provided services;
* Providing users with guiding principles of work with corporate software
and operation systems;
* IT budget planning and protection;
* Supplier interaction (software, hardware, consumables, IT-services
providers);
* Contractor interaction (contracts negotiation, quality control of the
performed works);
* Ability to effectively collaborate with vendors, owners, subordinates
and managers to achieve desired results;
* Understand the owners and company's needs;
* Clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving issues using good
judgment;
* Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team;
* Use exceptional communication skills to negotiate and persuade
vendors and staff to achieve results;

Daily routine:
* Coordination of an effective structure for the Information Support Team;
* Communicates with all departments on specific needs and/or problems, and acts as a
liaison be- tween technicians, vendors, property and subsidiary management;
* Ensures a superior level of user service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained
throughout the IT support staff and property;
* Assists in the design, coordination and installation of multi-user applications, including
PBX and telecommunications systems, on a network operating system, maintaining data
integrity and system quality;
* Enforces Company standards of security, system integrity and confidentiality within the
department and systems;
* Facilitate key communication between IT and other departments when emergencies
arise maintain ability to be flexible to company needs during emergency situations;
* Provide Technical guidance to other operating areas on deploying new technologies and
ensure
that these technologies are used in the most efficient manner possible;
