HR manager assistant
Selection and Recruitment
▪ Draft, publish and advertise vacancy notices through the E-recruitment tool;
▪ Support the selection processes of EASO for statutory (temporary and contract) staff, Seconded National Experts and trainees (including screening applicants, organising tests and interviews, preparing the respective reports) and non-statutory staff when applicable;
▪ Provide support to the Selection Boards in the conduction of selection procedures, guidance and advice on best practice and applicable rules;
▪ Support in the recruitment procedure (draft employment offers, handle pre-employment medical examinations, employment contacts with newcomers, etc.);
▪ Handle reimbursement of travel expenses for candidates and monitoring the execution of the relevant budget;
▪ Administration of the payment of HR related invoicing (interim services, jobsites) and financial management of the related budget;
▪ Assist in designing and implementation of job profiling and competency frameworks;
▪ Support in the management of interim services' providers.

▪ Assist during the coordination of the entry-into-service processes, staff induction;
▪ Drafting Service Level Agreements with International Schools, acting as EASO´s contact point, payment of invoices and budgetary follow up;
▪ Collection and process of information for the correct payment of salaries (modifications sent to PMO such as fixation of remuneration, change of bank accounts, seniority in steps, part-time regimes, debts recovery, education allowances, update on family situation, etc.);
▪ Monthly payments of Staff and SNEs allowances;
▪ Drafting contracts and amendments to contracts of employment, job descriptions, place of origin forms, fixation of rights forms, probationary period objectives etc.;
▪ Contribute as back-up to the coordination of leave management;
HR administration
▪ Ensure the correct application of the EU Staff Regulations and CEOS as well as relevant implementing rules;
▪ Assisting in the preparation of rules, reports, policy proposals and management information;
▪ Assist in preparing HR statistics and reports;
▪ Support in the management of HR electronic tools (E-HR and E-Recruitment);
▪ Act as Operational Initiator, Financial Initiator and Operational Verifier
