Responsibilities:
- Implementation of KPIs (sales plan, accounts receivable and margins).
- Interaction with distributors (sales plan execution, providing with basic assortment, new products and special orders).
- Creation of assortment matrixes based on the ABC-analysis, rotation, analysis and control.
- Sales dynamics analysis.
- Sales planning.
- Competitive environment analysis.
- Monitoring of products on retailers' shelves.
- Preparation and carrying out of promos for retailers.
- Preparation of commercial proposals for retailers.
- Joint negotiations with buyers and distributors.
- Interaction with plant' staff (Production planning, quality, packaging and other departments).
- Coordination and placing of orders for special projects (Private labels).
- Participation in "HouseHold" exhibition and conferences.
- Business trips (1-2 times per month).
