The project included the design and construction of: Full-cycle production line (built-up area of more than 154 ha) Infrastructure facilities: 45 km high voltage line (110 kV), power substation 110/10 kV 63.3 MW, gas pipeline and gas distribution station, 12 km public railways and 9 km of on-site railways, Road 15 km class 2, quarry for mining for cement production (1200 ha) • Management of the group are responsible for the design: own staff and subcontractors (local and foreign); • Coordination of work between subcontractors; • Control of the construction process; • Organization of the archive of documentation (electronic and paper); • Settlement of issues with controlling organizations; • Interaction with Federal and regional authorities on the construction of the plant; • Conducting negotiations to complete the construction of the plant, concluding an EPCM contract with HY (China), Interacting with foreign suppliers and contractors. • Resolving issues related to the adaptation of foreign projects to Russian conditions (including climate) and regulatory requirements. • Electronic databases of technical documentation have been implemented at all sites. • Justification and modification of solutions proposed by FLSmidth and Kottmann, which reduced the cost of projects. • Projects received a positive opinion from GLAVGOSEXPERTIZA (the main state expertise), as well as other expert organizations.
