• OHSE
Accountable for the implementation of security checks and reviews, following the OHSE guidelines, laws and regulations, and specific customer requirements, to guarantee the safety of all parties involved during and after the project.
• Acquisition
Contributing to liaising with existing customers and preparing tenders. This is done in cooperation and consultation with one or more regional MT-member (s) and within the strategy of Tebodin, to be able to quickly identify opportunities and to acquire new business.
• Initiating
Accountable for the implementation of inventory and preparatory work, in consultation with the Project Sponsor and following the customer contract, to gain insight into the size and feasibility of the project, the stakeholders involved, initial risks, and the composition of the project team required to run the project, Capex Management.
• Planning
Accountable for the realization of the Project Plan, including scope, planning, budget, QOHSE, project team, stakeholders, communication, risks, procurement, and construction, in consultation with the Project Sponsor and in accordance with the offer made to the customer, to give the stakeholders of the project insight into the project approach, with the aim of unequivocal project implementation. • Implementation
Managing the implementation of the project, following the project plan, concerning the design, procurement and implementation, taking into account the contractual arrangements, planning, budget, and quality requirements, such that the project objectives are achieved. There is constant attention to managing and effectively communicating with stakeholders, preparation of reports and presentations for Steering Committee.
• Project control
Accountable for comparing the actual progress against the planned progress, identifying and analysing deviations (scope changes), in accordance with the project plan, with the aim of informing stakeholders about the project status, possibly initiating corrective measures, the fact that all activities can be performed within the budget, and that an optimal project result will be achieved.
• Closing
Accountable for both internal and external project completion of the project and transferring the project result, as agreed with the customer, to meet all contractual obligations and any adjustments of existing processes and procedures within the framework of continuous improvement. • Lean construction, engineering harmony and smart modern technology according to industry 4.0:
- Using Building Information Modeling (BIM) - higher quality, lower costs and better control;
- Virtual Reality for plant design - adapting a feature to view your 3D models in Virtual Reality. Using Google Cardboard / Gear VR (or equivalent VR headset) to experience a pre-rendered 360° VR view of a fixed position in one of our 3D models;
- Process design using PDMS and other advanced software;
- Drones - construction process monitoring, drones in the service of BIM technology.
