Обязанности и достижения:
• I realize projects for the supply, install and handover to a customer a variety of medical diagnostic equipment, HIT (Healthcare IT) and third-party systems at the customer's facility (public sector and private clinics).
• I participate in meetings with the client at the sales stage. I evaluate the state of the object, agree on the scope of the project, the risks and timeframes of the project, as well as check the technical feasibility of the project, calculate the cost of the project.
• I manage subcontractors, from eight permanent companies and one or two temporary ones, which are contracting during the project. I review the market of subcontractors, search for new ones.
• I make sales volume analytics, assess the complexity and risks of current projects and identify new opportunities.
• I prepare and provide weekly project reports and present results on meetings with company management.
• I developed and implemented two internal processes for planning installations of equipment and training of medical personnel. The introduction of new processes has reduced the overspends of the project`s costs from 50k.rub. up to 400k rub.
• I created a tool based on Excel and VBA, which allows you to control two important KPIs of the project management department. This tool, firstly, automatically focuses and highlights only the problematic projects, and, secondly, it automatically prompts you what changes you need to make to return to norms. This tool helps you quickly and accurately monitor your projects and the main indicators; it has allowed achieving an improvement in KPIs from 60% to 90%.
• Successful implementation of more than 40 projects per year. The total value of the contracts is more than 400 million rubles.
