- Planned, developed and implemented strategic and cross-functionally aligned brand marketing plans and programs to ensure its strategic business goals and marketing objectives
- Provided preparation and execution of annual marketing plan
- Provided launching of the new sub-brand in Russia. The initiative was launched in time
- Led trade activation projects. For example, co-branding in-store activations, co-branding activities in daily and night on-premise channel
- Led corporate communication: delivered brand results summary in a creative format every year (BP movie). Brand Movie 2009 and 2010 was recognized as the best practice in the Region
- Led full marketing pre-activation for brand events: Red Bull events and supported events, athletes projects, scale up to 200 000 people attended in 7 biggest pre-activated events
- Successfully developed and executed On-trade (HoReCa) and Off trade channels Projects. For example, the new wave of national on-premise printing materials; tailor-made projects in several top night Clubs
- Initiated interactive and event activities with ATL, BTL actions
- Managed creative and media agencies on a regular basis
- Liaison with Finance. Maintenance of budget
- Monitored and analyzed business performance including brand KPI’s (T&A research) as well as market share & sales data on a monthly and quarterly basis (Nielsen). Reports were timely provided
