- management of relationships with suppliers (China, Russia): search, negotiations and audit, agreement on optimal conditions, mutual settlements, claims work, etc.;
- interaction with production sites in the Russian Federation for contract production of finished products (including: cost calculation, planning and organization of supply of raw materials and packaging, shipment of finished products);
- conducting project activities (connecting new contract manufacturing, launching the production of new types of products, import substitution, etc.);
- interaction with related functions to achieve business goals (logistics, warehouse, finance, etc.).
Key results and effectiveness:
- as a project manager implemented a project to organize contract manufacturing (previously there was only sorting and packaging);
- took part in the launch of 12 new products from the procurement side (including calculation of production costs, search for components, search for contract sites, etc.), 24 batches (277 + 154 МТ) of new types of products were produced and sold in 2022-2024;
- implemented an initiative to introduce new packaging technology in local production, which improved the look of the product and also reduced packaging costs by 15% in six months;
- achieved optimal credit conditions according to the Sinosure trade credit limit and its term (annual rate from 2 to 5% per year, deferred payment from 180 to 240 days);
- optimized the cost of the purchased product by optimizing the placement of cargo in the container (savings from 2% to 30% depending on the order);
- reworked the contractual framework, added critical elements (for example, requirements for packaging and loading containers), standardized a set of wording, which made it possible to minimize the risks of additional costs and increase the speed of cargo processing for Russian logistics;
- systematized the procurement process (for local purchases and for import from China), developed instructions with a clear delineation of areas of responsibility and a description of cross-functional interaction processes, systematized the ordering process, prescribed steps and statuses, which made it possible to increase the speed of information flow and decision-making;
- implemented an initiative to optimize balances, thanks to which an additional 7% of the production plan was produced and sold, and additional profit was received;
- awarded for personal results.
