Responsibilities: • Responsible for operational activities of the company within Russia and the CIS region; • Managing a team of mechanics, field technicians, and service engineers; planning and scheduling resources; • Interaction with other departments, TDW global service team and customers in terms of all service projects and activities. Accomplishments: • Part of multifunctional team implementing RACI conception in all locations of EH; • Executing transition of HT&P Service into the network of indirect sales partners: providing trainings, certification and supervising of operational activities of such partner organizations.
